Terms of use
Effective 27 October 2026. By using Quantization.com you agree to these terms.
Using the site
You may read, use and share links to our pages and tools for personal, educational and commercial purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, submit spam or malicious content through forms, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content and licence
Text, tools, code, graphics and the selection and arrangement of content are owned by Quantization.com or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Republishing whole articles or tools requires written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners; see our trademark and copyright disclosure.
Calculators and estimates
Our tools produce estimates from published formulas and stated assumptions. Real results depend on hardware, software versions, models and workloads. Verify important decisions independently; see the disclaimer.
Things you send us
When you send feedback, ideas or corrections, you allow us to use them to improve the site without obligation to you. Contest entries remain yours under the licence described in the challenge rules. Please do not send confidential information, credentials or personal data about others.
Optional services and pledges
The free optimization plan is general guidance, not a contract for services. Any paid work is agreed separately in writing. Support pledges become payments only when you complete checkout through the secure link we send; they are contributions to an independent publication and are not tax-deductible.
Links and embedded content
We link to and embed third-party content such as papers, documentation and videos. We are not responsible for third-party sites, and inclusion does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantization.com is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on content or tools. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
